NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-012829-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as trustee for the certificateholders cwalt, inc., alternative loan trust 2006-4cb, mortgage pass-through certificates series 2006-4cb, (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and henry franco; alba franco; bank of america, national association, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 15th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 33, of dover circle, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat bok 10, at page 64, of the public records of orange county, florida.
