NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated dated May 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-010330-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JUSTIN G. MEADOWS; TOWN HOMES OF WINTER GARDEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; HEATHER ABAIRE; and and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on September 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 22 South, Range 27 East, Orange County, Florida; thence run 00 degrees, 19 minutes, 16 seconds West 1,300.99 feet along the East line of said SE 1/4; thence North 89 Degrees, 33 minutes, 25 seconds West 30.00 feet to a point on the West right of way line Park Avenue for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89 degrees, 33 minutes, 25 seconds West 511.37 feet along the South right-of-way line of Jackson Street; thence South 00 degrees, 36 minutes, 15 seconds East 654.91 feet; thence South 89 degrees, 29 minutes, 22 seconds East 508.14 feet to aforesaid Park Avenue right-of-way; thence North 00 degrees, 19 minutes, 16 seconds West 655.45 feet to the Point of Beginning;
That certain Condominium Unit known as Unit No. 34, and the undivided interest in the Common Elements, Common Expenses, and Common Surplus appurtenant to said Unit, all in accordance with and subject to the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Terms and other Provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of TOWNHOMES OF WINTER GARDEN, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official Records Book 3891, Page 3089, as amended, of Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
