NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-038197-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR JP MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CW2, is Plaintiff, and OSTALINA ALEXIS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 18, Block 5, ORANGEWOOD-VILLAGE 9-UNIT 1, a Subdivision according to the plat or map thereof described in Plat Book 7, at Page(s) 19-21, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
