NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated August 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-020212-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-OA4 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 OA4, is Plaintiff, and MANUEL A. GALEANO, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 205, BUILDING 13, SOUTHERN PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECELARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8392, PAGE 2508, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
