NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-034528-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. wells fargo bank n.a., as trustee for carrington mortgage loan trust, series 2007-rfc1, asset-backed pass through certificates (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and thu t lai; unknown spouse of thu t lai; continental heritage insurance company; southern landscaping & irrigation systems, inc.; state of florida department of revenue; townhomes at wekiva park homeowners association, inc.; unknown tenant #1 and unknown tenant #2, are the defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 11 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 116, of wekiva park townhomes, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 61, page 72, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
