NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 08/02/2012, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018436-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificate Holders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-15CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-15CB is the Plaintiff and Narindra Haimraj; Unknown Spouse of Narindra Haimraj; Wind Stone at Ocoee Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 06 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, WINDSTONE AT OCOEE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 143 THROUGH 145, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
