NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated the 31st day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009CA037080O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and ALEJANDRO RIVERA; LIDIA ISABEL RIVERA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) NKA RUTH ORTIZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the TUESDAY DECEMBER 4, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTHERLY 24 FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY 54.5 FEET OF LOT 10, OF SUSSEX PLACE PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
