NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-04217, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff and JOHN K SERAFINE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A; VILLANOVA AT HUNTER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 109 IN BUILDING 5 OF VILLANOVA AT HUNTER'S CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8103 AT PAGE 2271 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
