NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-006554-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE OF THE LEHMAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-1 TRUST FUND is Plaintiff and HERMINIO LASALLE; MARIA LASALLE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 13th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK E, PALM LAKES ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
