DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A5CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-E UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and DIONISIO O. RAMOS A/K/A DIONISIO O. RAMOS, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIONISIO O. RAMOS A/K/A DIONISIO O. RAMOS, JR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR INDYMAC BANK F.S.B.; are defendants.
