NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 1, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 10016000CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, MARK SCHWARTZ A/K/A MARK P. SCHWARTZ; ROSEMARIE SCHWARTZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CALUSA INVESTMENTS, LLC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on September 19, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 178, OF CLUBHOUSE ESTATES OF COUNTRYSIDE UNIT FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 77, PAGE 16, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS, IF ANY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
