NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 522010CA010757XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER L. PATTEN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER LEE PATTEN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER PATTEN; DOLORES A. PATTEN A/K/A DOLORES PATTEN A/K/A DOLORES ANNE PATTEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 30th day of August, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, IN BLOCK 50, OF MEADOW LAWN TENTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, AT PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
