BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and EDIN AJANOVIC; SENKA AJANOVIC, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, IN BLOCK Q, OF RIO VISTA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
