CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 102, BAYBORO TOWER CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 145, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6, INCLUSIVE; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15395, PAGE 2121 THROUGH 2186, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
