Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 510-S, of Sunset Vistas Condo Hotel on the Gulf, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 141, page(s) 99 through 105, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15082, page(s) 2616 through 2679, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning, at 10:00 a.m. on September 06, 2012.
