WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WCW1 is Plaintiff and IMPERIAL COURT COUNDOMINIUM APARTMENTS III ASSOCIATION, INC.; HASE VULKALIC; EMIRA ARNAUTOVIC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on August 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
