NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-008492 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Neim D. Abdullaj a/k/a Neim Abdullaj are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, IN BLOCK B, OF CORAL HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, ON PAGES 71 THROUGH 73, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
