Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on August 3, 2012, the Clerk will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:

Lot 1, Block 1, COX LUMBER COMPANY SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 89, Page 36, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
