SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, HENDRY, LEE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 14TH day of September, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 25, Block 35, MEADOW LAWN FIFTH ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 8, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
