BOLGER, DECEASED; FREDERICK WILLIAM BOLGER A/K/A FREDERICK W. BOLGER, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF KAREN ESTELLA BOLGER A/K/A KAREN E. BOLGER, DECEASED; CHRISTINA LEE CASEY, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF KAREN ESTELLA BOLGER A/K/A KAREN E. UNIT 411 OF ISLAND WALK CONDOMINIUM 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5360, PAGES 1970 THROUGH 2045, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 73 THROUGH 79, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
