The Condominium Parcel know as Condominium Unit 19 of The Victoria, A Condominium (the “Condominium”), according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof (“Condominium Declaration”) recorded in Official Records Book 13425, Pages 802 through 864 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any and all amendments thereto, and according to the Condominium Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 131, Pages 86 through 90 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 11, 2012.
