NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2009, and entered in Case No. 2006-CA-007306 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, OWNIT MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is Plaintiff and LAVERNE BERAN, et.al., are Defendants I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 12th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Second Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK B, SPRING RUN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 971 16TH WAY, PALM HARBOR, FL 34683.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
