NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-005865-CI 011 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER TROTMAN is the Defendant, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 21, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 6, Pinellas Point Skyview Shores Second Addition, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 58, at Page 53, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
