NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 25, 2012, that certain real property situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 2, of E.P. MERRITT'S ADDITION TO CLEARWATER, FLA., according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 6, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
ALSO - that part of Lot 4, Block 2 of said E.P. MERRITT'S ADDITION described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 4 and running Northerly along the Western Boundary line of said Lot 4, a distance of 20 feet; thence Easterly in a straight line to the Southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence Westerly along the dividing line of Lots 4 and 5 of said Subdivision to the point of beginning, said Lots 4 and 5 being more particularly described by a plat of E.P. MERRITT'S ADDITION TO CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, above referred to.
