Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated August 6, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CC-009506, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYSIDE KEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and MAXIMA OTTESEN, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 7, Block 11, COUNTRYSIDE KEY, UNIT TWO, as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 98, Pages 61 and 62, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of September, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
