UNIT 201, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CONDOMINIUM UNITS OF PORT BELLEAIR NO. 3, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 1 AND 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JULY 17, 1970 IN O.R. BOOK 3362, PAGE 597, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 70-068168, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 2.129% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on September 7, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
