YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
LOT 49 IN BLOCK 34 OF MEADOW LAWN FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, ON PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before September 17, 2012 a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R.
