NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CC-3380-WS, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HERITAGE LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and BENJAMIN W. MINUCCI and ROSEMARY E. MINUCCI, and THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are Defendants , I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 29, 2012, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 49, Building 14, Two Cambridge Commons Condominium Phase I, according to Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 3209, Page 1203 and Condominium Book 5, Page 147 thru 156 and amended in Official Record Book 3246, Page 1556; all being of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
