Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
The North 5.00 feet of the South ½ of Lot 7, and the North ½ of Lot 7, and all of Lot 8, Block 7, SIGNAL COVE, UNIT ONE, as shown on plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 64, 64A and 64B of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Together with that certain 1969 “MANA” single wide mobile home located thereon and also known as Title No. 3567671 and Identification Number 0699682222,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com to be held at 11:00 A.M., on September 19, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
