NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-003401WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and CRYSTAL J. KITCHENS; WILLIAM D. KITCHENS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS;; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; are defendants. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
