NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-3224ES-J4, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-66 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-66, is Plaintiff and DELATORRO L. MCNEAL II A/K/A DELATORRO L. MCNEAL; NOVA T. MCNEAL; WESTBROOK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., F/K/A SADDLEBROOK VILLAGE WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,; CORPORATE CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC.,F/K/A SADDLEBROOK CORPORATE CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLEY AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAS WHOLESALE LENDER, are defendants. LOT 17, BLOCK 9, OF SADDLE BROOK VILLAGE WEST UNIT 2A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
