NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of July, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-006924-XXXX-WS (J3), of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J. PALMERTON A/K/A THOMAS PALMERTON; SHADOW RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of September, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 101, SHADOW RIDGE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE (S) 26 AND 27, O F THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
