Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

That Part of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, described as follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 29; thence North 00°10'42” East, along the East boundary of said Section 29, a distance of 25.00 feet to the existing North right-of-way line of Kitten Trail for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 00°10'42” East along the East boundary of said Section 29, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence North 89°31'49” West, along a line parallel with and 35.00 feet North of the South boundary of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 29, a distance of 42.05 feet; thence North 00°28'11” East, a distance of 5.00 feet; thence North 89°31'49” West, a distance of 455.00 feet; thence South 00°28'11” West, a distance of 5.00 feet; thence North 89°31'49” West, a distance of 821.61 feet to the West boundary of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 29; thence South 00°16'05” West, along the West boundary of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 29, a distance of 10.00 feet to the existing North right-of-way line of Kitten Trail; thence South 89°31'49” East, along the existing North right-of-way Line of Kitten Trail, a distance of 1,318.68 feet to the Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on September 6, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
