NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007444ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein National City Real Estate Services, LLC, Successor by merger to National City Mortgage, Inc F/K/A National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Patricia Osmun; Hassan Essadik; Meadow Pointe III Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 11, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 58, BLOCK 8, MEADOW POINTE III PHASE 1 UNIT 1D/1E, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
