NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-005817-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR31, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR31 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and DAVID J. DALTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID J. DALTON; CAHRA J. BLAIR AKA CAHAR J. BLAIR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAHRA J. BLAIR AKA CAHAR J. BLAIR; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SOUTHERN OAKS OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91 OF SOUTHERN OAKS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 66-73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
