NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-003967-XXXX-ES of the County Court in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Saddle Creek Manor Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Hamil B. Beaumont is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 30th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 141, OF SADDLE CREEK MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, AT PAGE(S) 104 THROUGH 109, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 5204 Blue Roan Way, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33543.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
