NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1st, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-006400WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2007-WMCI TRUST, is Plaintiff and Rivera, Bienvenido and Elena Rivera, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 18th day of September, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 111, SHAMROCK HEIGHTS, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 4632 Pirate Place, New Port Richey, FL
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
