NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated July 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-003523 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 4th day of September , 2012, at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
