NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-005770-H, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ANDOVER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KRISTINE E. WILSON and CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as successors in interest to Chase Manhattan Bank USA, NA, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 p.m. on the 28th day of September, 2012, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6-6, Block C, ANDOVER PHASE 1 REPLAT OF LOT 6, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 77-2, Public Records of
Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
