NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-005629-M, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and AMALIA D. ARADO and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 p.m. on the 21st day of September, 2012, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, Block 10, Brentwood Hills, Tract B, Unit 2, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 35, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
