The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of September, 2012, to the highest bidder fir cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. unit no. 1801, of quail run phase iii, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, recorded in official records book 3878, page 1753, and amended in official records book 3900, page 1218, and according to the condominium plat recorded in condominium plat book 5, page 20, public records of hillsborough county, florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements and stated in said declaration of condominium to be an appurtenance to the above condominium unit.
