NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-017675 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein residential funding company, llc fka residential funding corporation was the Plaintiff and marina greenwood, ET AL the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of September, 2012, to the highest bidder fir cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, FLORIDA the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
lot 3 in block 15 and the west 20 feet of the closed mancara street abutting on the said lot 3 on the east side thereof of lesley's plat subdivision, as per map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 1, page 6, of the public records of hillsborough county, florida.
