NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-020355 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and RANJEET DESHMUKH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 8 of COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15019, Page 0589, and any Amendments thereto, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
