Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on August 6, 2012 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, which property is described as follows:
All lots included in Blocks 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, AVELAR CREEK NORTH, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 111, Pages 233 through 249, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: Lots 1-105 Avelar Creek North, Tampa, Florida
(the “Property”) at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on September 24, 2012 beginning at 2:00 p.m., on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
