NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Ex Parte Order Granting Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-002965, Division A, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC4 is the Plaintiff and HARRY L. SOUERS and MAYLEEN SOUERS and UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Building, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, Tampa, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order Granting Plaintiff's Rescheduling of Foreclosure Sale, to wit:
