Condominium Unit L in Building No. 49 in Whispering Oaks, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, filed January 31, 2006, recorded in Official Records Book 16059, at Pages 616 through 723, as amended in Official Records Book 16106, Page 477, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and commonly known as 13757 Juniper Blossom Drive #201, Tampa, Florida 33618; including the appurtenances, and fixtures located herein, at public in person sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, Tampa, Florida, on September 17, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
