NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-018619, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and HERBERT T. THORNTON, III and MICHELLE THORNTON, are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 14 day of September, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, Block A of PROVIDENCE LAKES UNIT 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 32 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, less and except that portion of Lot 18 Block “A” described as follows: commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 17, Block “A” as a point of beginning, run thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 50.00 feet, an arc of 5.00 feet, a chord of 5.00 and a chord bearing of North 88 31' 37” East; thence run North 10 49' 29” West, a distance of 129.57 feet, to the Northeast corner of said Lot 17, Block “A” thence run South 8 37' 49.1” East, a distance of 128.85 feet to the point of beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
