YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose Mortgage covering the following real and personal property described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 24 in Block 18 of BROADMOOR PARK SUBDIVISION, REVISED, according to map thereof recorded in Plat Book 23 on Page 21 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
AND
That part of the South ½ of that certain alley (now closed) lying North of and adjacent to Lot 24 in Block 18 of BROADMOOR PARK SUBDIVISION, REVISED, and being bounded on the East by a Northerly extension of the East boundary of said Lot 24 and bounded on the West by the Northerly extension of the West boundary of said Lot 24.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Heather M. Meglino, Butler & Hosch, P.A., 3185 South Conway Road, Suite E, Orlando, Florida 32812 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before September 17, 2012, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
