NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CC-011835-I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BUCKHORN PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL LAMONDRA is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 p.m. on the 28th day of September, 2012, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 8, BUCKHORN PRESERVE - PHASE 3, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 1, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
