NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2012, entered in Case No. 09-CA-016594 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Corp. is the Plaintiff and Richard Heruska; Laura Heruska; Citibank N.A Successor In Interest To Citibank Federal Saving Bank; Cory Lake Isles Property Owners Association Inc. C/O Brian K. Smith are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Room 202, George Edgecomb Building, 2d floor, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 86, Block 1 Cory Lake Isles Phase 5, Unit 1, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 98, page 99 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
